They moved the wallpaper locations in the filesystem, and that's just the first thing I stumbled upon. So many fucking plists and html files I have to edit. This was so fucking not worth it.

Why do you think it took me so long to do barely anything last night lol. They changed a lot of paths/filenames that took a bit to track down.

Am I right in assuming that the plist files are for pointing custom images to the paths they're to replace?

And if you find the new path for user wallpaper, could you post it prs? Right now I'm stuck SSHing new wp into my phone cause I couldn't find it ._.

I have not a damn clue where the new user wallpaper path is, been looking for it. it appears the lockscreen wallpaper gets converted to a bitmap image, and I haven't a clue why lol.

Is there anyway around the 9 icon folder preview? Or do you just have to toss a blank page/icons in the folder?

Edit: Btw, FUCK these stupid name/location changes. Pretty sure Apple's just greifing jailbreakers now -.-;

Things I cannot seem to get. The Overlay isn't showing up. Can't get the wallpaper to work, and the lockscreen is completely fucked, I don't even know where to start.

<3's for the retina icons, here's the html. Its really barebones (its basically the one you posted a while back with a very few edits) as I don't know enough to make everything clean. I've just been sifting through my phones Library and renaming crap I don't want to show. ^^;

I've really got no clue how to make everything nondestructive so I can swap themes without SSH, but right now I'm just concerned with getting everything working.

Also, pretty sure Apple moved/renamed the status bar image as well, they're really nice guys -.-;;

The wallpaper I just dragged into the User/Library/Springboard folder and pointed the html file to it. I've got no idea how to make the user wp work since apple toyed with it.

Like an idiot I didn't search cydia before trying to dig though SSH, they have a working Transparent Status Bar theme lol.

I'm just about done for now, besides starting to actually make shit non-altering; I'm assuming you can't make separate alert badges for phone, sms ect? I only saw one SBBadge png (well, 3. but I'm assuming they're all for the same stock badge) and I'd love to try and change to red retina icons. Yay for more challenges! XD

I can't stand the stock badges either, but without some kind of notification I end up in all sorts of trouble with missed calls/texts. That's why I wanted to see if I could replace them with classy red tinted retina icons, but I don't think its going to be possible since the badges not only give that hideous red circle (which was easy to find) but they also count the number of notifications. I'll play around with them tomorrow night; maybe just replacing the red circle with an icon consisting of a red square the size of the retina icons, just enough to give them a tint (I think I can live with a solid white number over the tinted icon).

You shouldn't get any reflections with the icons I uploaded either. 2 other questions, did you find cydia packages to remove the carrier logo and the clock on the status bar? I used MIM (make it mine) on the last firmware, but it doesn't work with this firmware.

Also, gridlock will not work to remove the 9 icon preview for folders, you'll need to use iblank.

I used iblank for the icon previews, and CleanStatus to get rid of the clock/carrier logos. Reflections were pretty easily taken care of, its an image called SBDockMask in the Springboard.app folder; ditch the file, no more reflections.

What did you end up doing to fix the wallpaper issue? And is there a "cleaner" way to go about these file edits than actually hunting them down and replacing them?

I don't think there's a cleaner way. I've looked at a few theming forums, and people are still really just breaking down all the changes, so it may be a bit before people start to iron out everything in stock themes. I really would like to know why the filesystem changes were made. Really crazy.

One other thing, why isn't my lower "overlay1" (overlay that covers the docked icons) showing up. I checked the HTML file, the one you sent, the original, and the one I edited. None of them make any mention of "overlay1".

I'm of the opinion that Apple just changed everything to fuck with the jailbreakers. "Oh so its not illeagal is it? Well fuck you."

I didn't see anything about an overlay1 in the html either lol. I have the "overlay1" png, but it doesn't get used. I just edited the Overlay in Photoshop to cover the dock and the eventual clock face.

Here's what I'm basically settling with atm, I still need to make some very minor tweaks (there's a tiny hiccup in my overlay because of the slight bevel)

Totally ripping your wallpaper (I can't help it, its too good :3 ) until I cut some of my desktop walls down to size, or stop being lazy and make some new ones from scratch.

Alright, my homescreen is back to how I left it (except the 3G and signal icons are now retina icons and not the smaller res, yay). You mind posting that iPod icon, I may go to 5 down in the dock.

I guess I'll work on the lockscreen tomorrow and see what happens, but blink looked completely fucked beyond my level of understanding.
