Turns out comex isn't going to apple, but might still be down with jailbreaking. However, it's important to note that iOS5 is already jailbreakable. And iPhone 4 will always be able to be jailbroken by the bootrom exploit (it's hardware based). The question is the tethering. And it's important to note that comex wasn't responsible for the latest untether anyways. So there is still lots of hope for beyond 4.3.3. Dev-team does good work. And don't rule out geohot wanting to get in as a "Savior" to the community again.

Dark, you sure you saw somewhere that he has decided to not take the internship at Apple? Just checked his Twitter and such and saw no mention of him changing his mind.

Any recommendations for using flash websites (mostly for occasional facebook games) on an iphone? I'm currently using the Photon browser, it isn't bad, but wondering if there is something better.

iphone 4, jailbroken if that matters...

I use iswifter and it works well.

As for the Comex Tweet, I must have missed it prior to him pulling it. Interesting that he wrote that and then took it down. Maybe he initially changed his mind, but then saw all the media coverage and changed it yet again? Crazy. lol.

Tyche, what should i look for to change the zipcode for the weather? Looked through the lockinfo data file and couldnt see it

it isn't a zip code, it's a yahoo weather code. The file I sent you should contain USKY0994, you'll need to replace it with your city code. It'll be found in the "extended forecast" URL of yahoo weather.

That's what I meant. Thank you! In the previous ones it was listed as "var locale" and looking around didn't see anything w/looked like the right place to enter the extension.

Got it and got it installed but still can't delete all texts at once. Lost about 10% of my battery trying to figure it out so gonna go for a ride in my car to charge phone since I'm still without power from hurricane. Fun times.

Maybe someone here can help me out.

For a while, Cydia has been messing up whenever I try to install a new tweak or package. It keeps saying there is a size mismatch for whatever reason. Also, I deleted Dreamboard a while ago but it keeps popping up on my Springboard whenever I reboot the phone and I'm thinking this may be part of the problem.

Any idea if there is a way to fix this without having to restore?
