You guys are misunderstanding. A jailbroken iphone will be required. The devloper doesn't need to wait on a 4s jailbreak to retrieve the files, he has them.
Incorrect on my part, apparently will use NSFilemanager (which is apple only as far as I know). May not be a PC release of this. I don't own a damn mac!
I stand corrected again

Pretty cool, I actually dig that case too (I like rounded-back cases like that)
ya, modmyi described it as really being no larger than an otterbox case, which looks true. It's really cool.
I laughed:

They're holding untethereds until 5.0.1 when all the battery fixes come out. They have them ready apparently they just want to make sure their exploit doesn't get patched before such an important update. Which is good. The battery life on my 4s is pitiful as is.
All I can say to people bitching about time it takes for jailbreaks....if you don't like how long it is taking, fucking do it yourself.
is there any way for me to revert back to my 4.0.1 or something from 5? I miss mywi I actually use it while with patients at work, makes my job easier.
While your point is clear that we should drop the sense of entitlement, the only reason I don't like these kinds of arguments is that it implies we should be expected to know how to do everything, and because we don't, we can't complain. If I complain about the wait at the doctor's office, nobody suggests that I should just fix my own injuries if I don't like waiting. Or if construction is taking too long on a road I frequent, I doubt they'd respond to complaints by suggesting people fix the road themselves if they think they can do it faster.
On the other hand, reminding us that they're doing this at no cost to us, and that there may be reasons for the delay that we don't understand, would be a better tack. I do agree with the sentiment that they aren't our jailbreak slaves, however.
Still... *busts out the whip*
Money costs aside, at the same time your doctor doesn't have to deal with your body trying to discover new ways to keep your doctor from examining you every time you visit. How long would your doctor visit be if each time the doctor had to invent an entire new method to check your temperature?
5.0.1 doesn't work, battery life on my 4s is still pure crap. :/
