i still would love to find out how you all have those unique home screens w/ how the icons are setup and stuff. could never find anything like that

not of fan of Tyches custom personally.

If I wanted my phone to look like that I'd get another Android phone. Theres something to be said with leaving Springboard looking somewhat Applish.

My lockscreen theme is called LS Nimbus (iOS5) and changed the default .png image in the theme to my own and changed the location to my city to get the weather.
I used lockinfo to hide the slide to unlock bar and get a clear wallpaper
i used springtomize for the 5x5 grid and gridlock to let me arrange the icons the way i want.
I also used folderenhancer for the transparent folders and to give my folders unlimited space and give them their own pages.

tbh i don't believe in full themes, i love making my own shit but the lockscreen theme was a must for me cuz i wanted a cleaner lockscreen.

i am happy to say that SNES9X runs flawlessly at 60FPS on the 4S, and the best part is that it syncs w/ the wiimote+classic controller. Maybe it ran perfect on the i4 also, but i knew it ran like ass on 3GS.

anybody know how to change the status bar text/icon color so that it's always black like when you have an app open? I don't like the white for the lockscreen and homescreen

I've grown to not liking it. I'll probably get rid of it soon. It looks nice, but it's laggy. Maybe it would work better on a 4S

ah, a Reeco theme. No wonder I missed it. Got tired of him. Tends to make stuff that is really nice but is so bloated can't ever run for shit. Most of his work tends to be made without any consideration for the abilities of the hardware, but breaks new ground. Then people come behind him and figures out how to make it work well, and he rips into them for "stealing" his ideas. Then he takes an emo break, comes back, cycle repeats.

I have a switcheasy vulcan clear which kinda went yellow on me as the times passed. Then i went for a sweet black/blue otterbox commuter.

Switcheasy capsule/rebel or whatever its called. Check ebay for cheaper prices. Mine is purple with a black spine, looks awesome. Might get the green one next to pair it with black spine.

snes9x ex is fucking amazing, only gripe is if you try to app switch while using a Bluetooth controller, it will DeSync the BT device instantly (good thing the EMU auto save-states on exit)

Anyone played around with assistantconnect to get siri running on older devices?? Should be able to test it sunday if anything.

I'm using Spire plus a Sirizone subscription. It's working wonderfully. With the new token changes I have to occasionally delete the assistant plist, but it's only a minor annoyance.

Sirizone is $20 for one year. It's a proxy to give you Siri access using Spire. Basically they own several iPhone 4S tokens and send your Siri requests using those. They make sure their servers always have keys and limit how many people are on a token to keep the speed up. Was well worth the money over trying to find working free proxies. If you have a buddy with a 4S that doesn't mind you piggybacking on their Siri, you can do that. If not, this is the next best option.
