yep, still getting better though--lost 10lbs in one week due to forgetting to eat occasionally (never more than a meal a day, except for like... thursday/friday of last week, forgot to eat from thurs lunch->fri dinner, oops) and working out , adderall does wonders for weight when you want it to... don't just get the craving for food 'cause there's nothing else to do.

once I get it back down where it should be at least it's a lot easier to keep it there... aiming for like 165-170, 30 to go for the top end of it
