only if you volunteer or accept grants, it seems.

Like say, AmeriCorp, they want to increase volunteer numbers. The only reasonable way to do that, is to increase how much AmeriCorp pays (I think it's $500 per month now) or make students who accepted grants or something similar to serve 1year 6months or whatever. It's possible they will do both.

Now that's one of maybe 50 or so organizations.
