Most of these suggestions are irrelevant conclusions. Anybody who has taken a basic logic class @ the local community college will spot em from a mile away and will lose credibility right away. Good luck!

Persuasiveness is not dependent on an adherence to symbolic logic. Unless his grade is dependent on avoiding the exactitude of logical fallacies, I don't know why those wouldn't be worth considering as argumentative points (whether or not you agree with them).
