How much gil do you have?!

I currently have about 95k on my main and maybe 100k more on my mules. At the peak of inflation I had just over 100M, but stupidly blew most of it on the AH before the deflation.

I should also note that I have done absolutely jack and shit when it comes to farming or trying to make money in over 3 years. My only income since then has come from drops off mobs I happen to kill and some chump change from various BCNM/KSNM/ISNM (horrible luck there, haven't had a good drop I haven't used in ages).

I'm actually thinking of trying to make some kind of steady income, but my laziness will undoubtedly take over and I'll remain poor like I am now.

8,298,360 gil exactly! I've never had obscene amounts, during inflation or not. The most gil I ever had (during inflation) is less than my BF has right now (I had like 15-20M tops, he's at around 35-40M now I think.) I have things to buy; I just have a hard time letting it go.

honestly i'm into the mindset where i should do this. Because if i have 7.5mil like i currently do
i tend to try and make more money with crafting and end up losing a lot of it.

Most Ive ever had was 8 mill, I was away from the game during most of the hyper inflation, so my savings were relitivly meager compared to others who had well over 20 saved up.

Right now I am floating around 7m most often I stay in between 500k-1mil for daily expenses, but for the past (6?) months I've been saving for a pair of Heralds Gaiters. Assuming I can get them for the lower end asking price (12-10, hoping 10) I should have them around say.. 2012?

The most I had at once was about 13M, which was about four months ago after a friend quit and gave me all his stuff. Funny thing is, that's when I got my third piece for Ares body and spent it all on ingots. I have about 4M now, thanks to a generous Antlion ENM.

120k. highest was 7mil, during xmas inflation few years back, i was desynthing silver/mythril earrings in lower jeuno hours on end. was able to make about 2 mil a day, which i stupidly reinvested straight back into goldsmithing (to get 50-55, and the shaded specs) selling a stack of silver ingots for 90k, when it costed me 15k to make was nice.

Rockin a good 300k right now but it all changes. I constantly update lists of stuff I need for all 8 jobs and seek out buying them. Every little piece helps and planning out sets really help me determine where I put my money. I like playing all my jobs and to the best I can. I don't have big HQ's like Haubergeon+1, Genie Weskit etc cause I can't justify spending that much (not like I have enough anyways...) on such situational pieces. Random cheap things like Devotee's Mitts +1 that I could buy, but then I put that against how often I play RDM (think I switched to it maybe 4 times since hitting 75 6 months ago...?) and consider it not worth it. I'm pretty content with what I have actually. More gil is obviously better, but hey what chan ya do, I'm lazy as fuck.

Had about 16mil during inflation after selling all my gil to level Alchemy (big mistake that was, ahirman wings costed 80k each at the time) and was pretty broke afterwards. Got some gil together to make 12 cursed cuisses, HQ'd 2 of them and sold for 5.5 mil each and with that, I bought my gear back.

All and all, I pretty much broke even. Fucking retarded waste of money. Nothing like selling silent oils for 25k a stack though.

Most I have had is like 2m, I spend it as soon as I get it, or I give it away, in the last month I gave away 600k, then I support my wife's jobs because she works a lot and doesn't have the time to make $.
And I convinced a few IRL friends to play/come back with the promise I would support them too, so for bit ticket items they cant afford I support like 6 people.

5.7M now, most I ever had was about 65M during inflation from weekly Brothers ENM with a 6-man static and selling Hedgehog Bombs for 25-33M a pop. I'm pretty sure we got over 30 Hedgehog Bombs in the 6-8 months that we did ENMs.
