    If you're not allergic to honey, try to find if one of your stores sells honey from the local area. Add a couple of teaspoons to either a cup of tea or just have it straight, works some wonders.

    ... I have today purchased an "Allergy Reliever" device.

    It's 2 sticks you shove up your nose operated by a 9v battery. It uses red light therapy to do something in your nose to make you feel better...
