    I just saw on Wikipedia that they're planning on releasing a dub on DVD soon. The source said it had a cast list, but the website was down. I'm going to be a little disappointed if it's difference voice actors, but at least the story won't change.

    I always kind of wondered if Scar would actually learn to use alchemy completely, and I'm glad he did. Can't wait to see him kill Wrath next month. (I hope)

    The part with scar was badass. Was nice to see Mei see some action too.

    Good chapter in overall, but everything it involve fighting, it feel a bit slow. Oh well. afk freezing myself till next month

    I feel like we have seen it, and he didn't have the tattoos then. However, the time spent focusing on his brother's research and trying to find the differences between the national alchemies might've led to the discovery of the proper markings for his other arm. His mention of lack of confidence in using it kinda has double meaning, too. The obvious one is him initially being against alchemy, going around killing alchemists and such. He avoided violating his dogma by stopping at the deconstruction phase. Second, of course, being that it is a new ability and he's not too confident using it.

    I'd like to think him getting this "power up" has been hinted at for a long time now. There's the whole One is All, All is One thing, various talk of destruction and rebirth, the two alchemies practically mirror that sentiment, and so on.

    Quick question the new opening reminded me of
    Spoiler: show

    What was the significance of the circle they're standing on at the end of the opening? I know Mei found it by flipping Scar's brother's research notes after they had figured them out, but apart from that, I can't remember why it was special...

    I'd say it's the alchemical circle for cancelling out the Amestris-wide Philosopher's Stone circle the homunculus are up to.

    As for the story it seemed like it was short to me. Little slow going with just the background info
    I like the info and what not, just seemed a little to much because it was almost the hole episode.

    just started watching this. Almost Caught up to the newest episode. I have got to say this blows the first series out of the water. It has so much more depth and suspense behind everything.
