though it's probably better this way, since the umbra for an eclipse would only last a short time to be realistic.

I realize that this is a show about alchemy but I really have a hard time going along with this episode.

Homunculus saying that without a circle there is no alchemy and then shoot a kamehame energy blast out of his forhead and turning people to stones by looking at them. Ed turning himself into a philosopher’s stone and going into Pride's soul or something and then apparently turning himself back.

Also - christ Wraith is persistant. And why didn't he turn to dust anyway?

Wrath, unlike other humunculus is made of a human body fused with a stone. That's why the human part didn't dissapears when his stone vanished.


Humunculus can shoot energy beam because he has a huge philosopher stone inside him. I'm not sure if you watched the previous 60 episodes, but that's what philosopher stone do...huge amount of power unleashed without circle or movement.

About people being turned into philosopher stone, he did made a giant circle around the country....it tooks him 400 years.
