I'm calling bullshit on this one. I just can't see how someone can mix 3 grams of cocaine into toothpaste... It gets an A for creative effort, but thinking about the logistics of both of those pranks just seems off. In order to mix anything with toothpaste, you'd have to take the toothpaste out of the tube, mix it, and put it back in... :\
