Second Amendment

The right to bear arms doesn't include the right to bear any and all arms. I'm all for the second amendment but I don't think that civillians should be able to possess explosive ordnance, nuclear or biological weapons, heavy munitions or assault weapons. These types of weapon systems are designed for offense or psychological warfare, not defense. It is not "necessary to the security of a free State" or a "well regulated Militia" for civillians to have these weapons systems.
