So, I'm looking to get into better shape. I'm not overweight and I'm not looking to become some hulking musclebound wrenchbender, I just think that a little bit of toning and cardiovascular fitness would be a good thing for me. I'm a bit lost though as to where I should go (or what I should be doing) to facilitate this. I will say that I'm somewhat opposed to running around the roads (here's a picture of how bad the smog can get in Utah, plus I don't like people howling at me and shit while I'm on the side of the road,) although I'm generally open to anything else. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
