Yea the first time around I wasn't doing much strength training at all. Now I do a mix of cardio and strength...but I get so bored. It was pricey but worth it in the long run. The lady on the phone with me kept on trying to offer these other addons that costed like $100 more but I told her no and was joking with her...she was really friendly at least. And I'll need to learn how to do pullups...I have weak upper body strength overall and I doubt I can lift myself up that high, maybe halfway at least. Once I'm done my 90 days, I'll show b4 and after pics, and prolly make a vid for youtube since I've seen a bunch on there. The forums aren't free for everyone, if you buy the program I think you get one month free and you have to pay a fee for continued use. I think I may pay for the remaining 2 months and then cancel it if all goes well.
Actually no, I am on the forums and surprisingly it's really good for getting questions answered or looking up stuff. You also get assigned a personal coach, mine called me and we talked for like 15 minutes and it answered a ton of the little questions I had. Good stuff, they assume you bought P90X I guess. I definitely downloaded the entire thing off a torrent, lol.
I just finished my 90 days, going to start P90X+ soon maybe a few weeks after I get into the groove of school starting back up. It feels really good to be in the best shape of my life, whenever I do something I'm surprised at how much stronger I've become. My pop is sick now.
