That CoD trailer is fucking badass
Yeah I didn't think it was, but it definitely could be taken that way imo. Was just curious what you guys thought.
Thanks for the link Qal, totally forgot about this shit.
Pretty good album, to be fair. Slightly reminds me of Eminem Show. Well, kinda...a little bit, but better.
dunno if this has been posted here but saw it during playoffs tonight... wtf @ shamwow + eminem rofl
ur face is black
Liz Rodrigues is the girl singing chorus in Almost Famous, shes on most of the songs DJ Khalil produced she is in one of his groups or something.

Was a shot at Lil Wayne, Wayne Dissed him on "forever" he responded back on "drop the world" and has a few wayne jabs on this album. Just competition, nothing serious. I can break it down if you wish.
T.I. and Em are good friends outside of music, so no chance.
And Em is dissing the shit outta Jay-z on "Seduction" and "No Love" in case you missed it.
The "aw" is a small part of it, if you listen to jay-z you know he has been using that adlib for a while now. Em was mocking him with it.
It goes back to when Jay did "A Star is Born" off BP3. To the average listener it sounds like a song bigging up the stars of hip hop. But it can be argued that the song is really a back-handed compliment to all the people he named. Basicly Jay is saying how good these people WERE but implies they fizzled out, only to say how great he is now for staying on top in his last verse. "you guys were ok and had a nice run, but I have been doing this just as long and am still #1 so I'm better than all of you"

Here's what he says about Em:
what Em did was silly,
the white boy blossomed after Dre endorsed him,
his flow on Renegade, f-cking awesome,
Applaud him,
Clap for em, clap for em, clap for em
Gonna Paraphrase: you weren't shit until dr dre signed you. "Fucking Awesome" is like a typical surfer dude saying, so the comment was tounge in cheek/racist. "Your AWESOME whiteboy!"
Now I know what I posted above looks like a reeeeeeeeeeach but Jay is the king of throwing subliminals to people and the beauty about this kind of word play is that it can be debated either way and he can deny it.
"Seduction":
The song is about Eminem seducing/taking someone's girl. The "someone" is other rappers and the "girl" is hiphop fans/consumers. As far as dissing Jay, he is saying "I sell more and am a bigger artist b/c I rap better than you, not because I'm white"
And I'm in every single slot, and you're not, awww
I'm the logo on that Dallas Cowboy helmet, a star
(reference to "star is born" and earlier this year jayz and Eminem were doing an event at Cowboy stadium, jerry jones gave Em a personal tour and asked him to perform there)
And I'm not about to sick back and just keep rhyming one syllable, nah
Switch it up and watch them haters not give it up, cause they're just not good enough
But I'm not giving up til I get my respect, and I won't stop til I get enough
Cause I'm not living up to my own expectations, aww
(Jay said a bunch of times he dumbed down his lyrics to sell more records, Em saying he doesnt have to do that, he wants to be the best)
That hater alarm is sounding off, and Obama took the bomb from my name, aww
(Jay-Z and obama have a relationship, Jay brings his name up alot)
So quit crying that I took your dame, homie she's my dame, aww
(Dame = DAME DASH)
But you got a hard on for me, what you hollerin' my name for?
It's your bitch on my dick, ain't my dang fault, man I can't call it
Then in "no love" he constantly rymes Rock fellow(rock-a-fella) together and it kinda sounds like he is challenging Jay to come at him in that verse. Could be debated but thats what subliminals are about.

I find all this jay and em feuding hard to believe when they're gonna be doing a few shows together. Though I don't know anything about the hip hop scene or any of it's feuds. They've always been pretty tight. Back when I saw Em a few years ago @ Jones Beach NY, Jay came out just for Renegade. Who knows. This shit is so dumb.
