Tourbillion + Dreadstorm back to back killed our RDM tank on Khim a little while back.
Your right tho, nothing short of a flail will kill a RDM tank with that but 2shot is still possible.

Why no -phy% set? its nice for when aoe strip shadows and your got a little bit of time waiting on their recasts.
Magic damage is a function of the caster's INT versus the target's. Subsequently, increasing your INT lowers the base damage of their spell/attack.
This has been commonly accepted for a while. What I would like to see though is if INT is worth using.
If anyone knows of any testing of Int versus MDB and MDT, I'd love to see it.
My assumption is that a Mob's INT (Example being JoL) is going to be too high for an INT build to make any sort of noticeable difference when compared to straight percentage down such as MDB and MDT.
