How Will You Utilize Mog Satchel?

First thing the 90+ items sent to myself in my d box will be heading to my main mules satchel, mine will probably just be used for situational gear meds/warps and farmed crap.

It will be nice to be able to farm without having to return to ah every time I cap out my few spare slots ; ;, + doing salvage with more than 5 inv spare and not worrying about loosing cells will be nice.

Go to the Delivery NPC and send items to yourself. Then when you check your delivery box you just click return to sender on those items and it sends them to the end of the cycle.

meds and fishing/mining gear basically. this should help me clear out my dbox a bit too. oh and camera/plates for zeni too.

I didn't take the time to read through all the posts. I do however have a question about the mog satchel. I recently started a new toon and I only have a few of the gobbie bags completed. Once I do more gobbie bags will the satchel match as I do them? Or once I activate it I only get the amount of room that I had at the time of activation?

Not sure. Not having a whole lot means not having a lot to worry about. I have already distributed gear to mules even though I was not full even when I did that, acting more as a convenience for picking up low level synthesis items than actual mules.

Hmm, I guess I will probably use it for farming and crafting.

They made it sound as if the satchel will automatically grow as you do the rest of the gobbiebag quests without having to do anything extra on your part.

I think now I might actually carry around things I would have -Liked- to carry around, but couldn't until now due to space restrictions. things like:

Hi-reraiser/Reraiser/Hairpin
Acc/Attk/INT/HMP Food
Warp rings&club
Sneak/Invis pots
Af/2 sets for jobs I often use (yay for saving 500/1k gil)
~99seals in progress

Haven't really decided on the rest of the slots yet. However I think now I can invest in some equips I would have liked to own before but ultimately deemed inventory+1 since they could not fully replace their counterparts due to my job lineups.

(I know there are more but they are eluding me at this point lol, it wasn't all HMP gear)

Consumables and alternate job gear. That way my inventory will be freed up for a more robust convert build and more situational shit I didn't have room to carry on me. :D

I'm going to carry all the situational shit like npc pearl, cudgel, tele ring, choco whisttle that can't be used in normal situation.
I will also carry all the must not forget item like key (ie: delkfut key, quadav charm, assault book, bc orb, quest item).


Because job change can only be done at the proximity of a moghouse, my gears is most likely going to stay there. With the additional space, I will probably be able to keep all the gears from a job together, making job change a bit faster.
