Password Trouble

i have herd some people say i need

First and last name
middle initial
DoB
Street Address
First and Last of CC
City State Zipcode
POL Cd-keys
POL ID

do i need current cc or last one charged? and current street add/state/city/zip
beacause i just changed it moved inbetween when i quit and returning
just cuz im still getting problems i can view all my info and log in pass saved on pc >.>;;;...
but i want to play on 360 pc cant run it crashes before character selection screen...

and i do have old info only thing gonna be hard to find is my old cc just wondering if thats the problem

You need whatever is currently registered to the account, because that is what they are checking in comparison to what you tell them. You should know your own data, which is the logic behind it.

If you link to your Square Enix ID, you are going to have to memorize your password, because the system won't save it like it does now, so you'll have to type it in every time. You should be in the habit of doing that anyway until you remember the password.
