The helmet and the shovel are perfect pieces for finishing off my Mining Set when I go out mining.

Not sure why Scholars are excited about the Melon tank except for actually dispensing juice.

Can't speak for SCH's but as a BLM that item makes me happy in the pants, stackable juices have been a want for a long time. Yea its not "stackable" but still is nifty.

Doing some quick homework, Firestorm costs 30 MP to cast and lasts for 3 minutes. Assuming a SCH was planning to rest for at least 10 ticks (and up to ~17 ticks because of the spell duration), it is worth using since the belt would grant an additional 3 hMP. This would allow SCHs potentially to gain an additional 21-24 MP while resting for any duration greater than 3 minutes. I would assume they would then swap out the cape slot once the spell wore off. It does seem like a bit of a stretch and quite situational though...

Either way, they can still drown themselves in juices while they rest too for an additional MP recovery boost instead of sublimation, I guess. :-/

Juices do not stack with Sublimation. Scholars will not use this.

With Stormsurge, many SCHs find themselves using Firestorm on their party for STR increases. Sure, some SCHs then put Light weather on themselves for cures or Ice/Thunder for nukes, but for a lazy SCH who doesn't care mid-TP burn pt, this is neat.
