Well someone else said they got dark resist in dark weather, maybe they meant darksday or maybe we should start paying close attention to stuff like that when getting these, possible it's not completely random I suppose.

Also, it's confirmed no Rare items can be traded? Is that the case? Of course that means the PCC was bullshit but I dont think I've seen any other Rare items actually work. I'm compiling a list of items worth trying and just wanted to make sure 100% we can't trade Rare items.

That's a Bravo's Subligar for those who don't know. 3DEX on a very decent low lv thief item isn't half bad, but gambling with it might not be the best option. Shame it can't be sold when it becomes obsolete. Not my image and I don't know if it is real or not, I shall assume it is.

as a rule of thumb you should take JP ss of 'omgwtfbbq' stuff with a grain of salt, if you remember the whole getting stripeshells from strange apparatus thing
