Could you test exactly what SE means when they say Fast Cast +5, please?

Think they meant 5%. But I played with Ni a little bit when I got, without body was 37 second recast. With body, 35 seconds. I'm missing Homam legs, so I can't really do accurate testing v.v.

The issue wasn't whether there was a percentage sign there or not. All Fast Cast items have said "Enhances 'Fast Cast' effect" until now. We have attributed a certain number to them as players, but that doesn't mean SE would follow our convention. It appears they have done, though. Thank you.

An interesting but unimportant note about the opening CS. Depending on your current mission progress with other storylines, Verena or the Star Sybil won't appear. Instead Shantotto and Apururu take over for her role. Both of them are taken captive at one point in other sets of missions.

Has anyone determined what the difference is here? and why does one have to wait for JP midnight but not the other...

Choosing Mark of Seen continues on the mission while choosing Azure Key is treasure, and must wait until the next day to obtain more treasure.

They've created an incentive to redo these missions for loot. You can just only do it once per day. Reobtaining Seedspalls from the beastmen gets you a key as well. Thus, reobtaining the crap from Fei'Yin can get you another key for the box in Neptune's Spire.

One is for mission progression, the other is for the Tenshodo chest. It should be pretty obvious why you can't chain-repeat it.

Somebody double check me on this. I have blm rdm sch smn leveled, and soon whm.

I'm pretty sure I'm getting the mage body with fastcast for precast swap on blm. Question is, what to make the second stat...

I'm thinking mab so I can use it also as a sch nuke piece. Can anybody think of a use for the macc or -enmity? I doubt it but I wanted to make sure.

PS: Have Nashira body and eventually Goliard... (but I'm not sure if the latter even exists).

I think it's pretty safe to assume it's 5% recast 10% casting.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that it's 5% casting, 2.5% recast. Testing is of course required.

You know, I did ask that just above. Based on the numbers produced (Utsusemi: Ni went from 37 second recast to 35 second recast), it's -10% cast time, -5% recast time.

Just because the recast is 5% doesn't mean that the casting time is 10%, as you already said they may not have followed the same rules as they did before.
