Mmmmmm, that ruby earring is why I try to do Fei'yen daily. That is pretty much what I'm looking for (STR aside, but with that much rng attk, I can go w/o)

I have those with -25% delay and I now full-time them on my PUP. In terms of attack speed, it's one of the best. For PUP, if you don't have a way to obtain Kenkonken or Shenlong's Baghnakhs (lolMythic and Pandy Warden drop respectively) then this is the absolute best.

For MNK though, the rank order would probably be Spharai, Glanz, Faith, Aug. Manoples (depending on delay augment)
