Got enpara turtle in VoS which apparently has an absurd fucking proc rate and it wiped us, lost friend's Errant body...went up to Sky to try something for myself:

Sadly this is the best augment of any kind I think I've gotten.

The base damage on Onimaru alone is more than 3% WS damage vs that piece of shit,

once you add wsc and ftp, you get rly high dmg rating, thus adding will be less of an increase. That being said, I doubt the validity of the above statement.

Jesus Christ on a stick at the SMN Blood Pact Delay augment.

Normally, the best you can do is 46s Blood Pact Delay.

Now with that it's 41s, which is even less than a Corsair's Quickdraw fully merited + Mirke Wardecors Quickdraw augment.

Crap I got today from the VoS turtle FOV. If only I could have got the CHR+2 on the Belt and INT+1 on the Scythe, wouldn't have been total suck.

48 is the cap without the above staff, so the lowest possible now would be 43. Regardless, that staff makes it possible to use four pacts during Astral Flow, which otherwise wasn't possible(actually quite practical, too, you'd have eight seconds to spare).

Kinda. lol Except base damage is kinda low, like 39 I think. I don't have a SS cause she was on RDM when she got it, so she couldn't equip it to show me.
