Uh, has anyone actually gotten Perpetuation -3?

I like new SMN stuff but I think we have enough -Perpetuation weapons with the HQ staves/Bahamut Staff/Nirvana.

I like the idea of this one being a good BP macro piece and that's what I'm going to aim for.
