fuck me does that enhancing magic+2 waist not allow for another 1 damage on Phalanx 2 max with 8/8 enhancing and all gear??

It most likely would not, but it is unknown as of now, the tier changes past 300skill. 320 enhancing should break tiers for barspell phalanx ect., it does not. I have seen that belt with +3 enhancing, aka max possible (known) is now 323, however it is likely there is more gear with possible augment +enhancing magic skill which may break tiers if you have every other possible equip and full merits. Aka 325 enhancing may be the next tier, and with this update it may be possible to attain, however this is with the hands down best possible enhancing gear, and full merits (not likely worth it even if possible).

smn torque is 65, the necklace is 50...so...15 lvls.
