I'd post this in Adv. but I don't have enough posts; just did an Elite Page 4 FoV in Xarcabard, and traded a pair of Studded Boots to the Field Parchment. After I killed "Kulili" (Dragon NM) it spawned a chest with these inside:

Disappointing that the augments are randomly generated. Like. Retarded random.

Yeah, this doesn't help.

I mean I like the idea behind augmentations and such, but its just another worthless add-on that I can't really see helping in the future... maybe for people who want decent gear from cheap equipment because they can't afford anything better, i.e., new players or something along those lines.

Maybe there's some insane augmentation that's generated randomly if you meet some bizarre prerequisite :/

Clever way to get "useless" item out of circulation and give a purpose to crafting. It might not be appaling for many right now, but its probably a beta test more than anything. I'm sure they will add more good buff eventually.

I also can't post in the advanced section because apparently my post count isn't high enough. In any event, I think people should begin posting their exact augments along with the details surrounding their trades so we can begin attempting to deduce if there is a patten to the augments' randomness. I'll start with something simple.

P.S. EX items can't be traded, tried my lvl 1 Hume Tunic and it wouldn't accecpt it.

As I cant post in advanced yet I'll post here, notice that two people have augmened HQ Leather Vest +1 now and both got +3 lightning resistance, +1 ranged att and +1 resist paralize?
