As I cant post in advanced yet I'll post here, notice that two people have augmened HQ Leather Vest +1 now and both got +3 lightning resistance, +1 ranged att and +1 resist paralize?

Noticed that monsters seem to have random spikes abilities up and that's the resistance it will put on your gear. Possible way to influence or determine what you will get?

I agree with this. I've also experience getting Light Resistance and +CHR (Light based stat) on different items both off the same mob (Behemoth). Perhaps that is the answer. Now just to find the FIRE based mob for +STR.
