Unannounced fixes/adjustments/nerfs/etc. (4/8/09)

- Certain monsters appearing in areas introduced since the Wings of the Goddess expansion have had their offensive strength adjusted.

Out of everything in the notes this is the closest to a possible debuff nerf but I just figured they meant weakening monsters offensive strength, if thats not it then I don't know what that GM is talking about

Tanked a pt last night at olduum tele and had a hell of a time debuffing until they got to VT con.

Pretty sure 250 is the minimum. At least, I've never seen it any cheaper.

depends on your lvl. iv seen as low as i think 130(as a lvl 15?)
i know for a fact under 200.

I know a few people had said demons in Dynamis-Xarcabard weren't giving any problem, but we're having resist rates out the ass. Most of our BLM are capped with enfeebling gear/magic and they're getting very high resist rates. Our RDM are experiencing it as much, but it still there for them. Capped BLMs get resists in xarc. Welcome to 2005. The mobs this effects seem to have a maximum sleep duration of 50% even with ES, this is not the case on xarcabard demons.

I know BLM get resists in Xarc; I'm referring to 5 BLM tossing out sleepgas and all 5 getting 100% resist on 5-6 mobs with RDMs also taking 2 and 3 tries to sleep things. I posted because since no one has had problems in Xarc, we didn't expect this much problems but we're watching sleeps from everyone get flat out resisted on pulls by 5-8 people. The only difference between when we started and where we're at now is day went from Light > Dark, but even so it's never been this bad. I suppose it can just be bad luck, but this is ridiculous.

I was one of those blms and all blm enfeebles were much harder to land than any xarc I've been in before. One specific example was the pulls south of BLM tower (mostly war and mnk mobs) and out of a train of 6 mobs with 2 sleepgas cast only 2 of the mobs got slept. Then another time a bst pet resisted 2 sleeps and a grav i cast..

Rapido is damn near immune to Poison now, that was an interesting surprise, lol. It still lands but it would take several casts to stick each time with 337 skill/+10 MAcc + Neptune's and the max duration was 60 seconds. The other spells seemed fine.

Thought it was odd that I couldn't silence a freaking skeleton in garlaige basement the other day. Was used to being able to toss it out on Pld/Rdm just to laugh about it.

Paladin resist sleep is actually working now, got charmed by grave digger the other day and killed a couple people while getting the "Resist! Tankaru resists the effects of the spell!" message.
