I misread the quote. I thought the line about no longer having authority meant before this whole fiasco. I didn't realize that the court mandated the father to no longer have authority over his daughter. Boy is she going to be one fucked up bitch when she turns 16.

I'd emancipate the little brat if i was her parent. Kick and scream all you want, but even attempting to take a parent to court over the rules they set (unless they are abusive/ect...) [because you don't like your punishment] is just a "little" to rebelious (sp) for my taste
