Yes. Unfortunately, since most of the time you wind up using A and B, or even going down to G and F... If you're trying to write a script to play a song (and keep in mind 1.2 is the shortest delay possible so it's already a challenge), just set your lowest note to 1 and hope it doesn't go past 8. It's acceptable, since you're not exactly going for stunning realism.

The only way to get more complex and faster songs is to stagger delays by having multiple people play. I haven't been able to convince anyone I know to try it out with me. Not to mention the colossal headache of writing multiple scripts and making sure the delays are spaced out right and making sure there isn't any lag to fuck up timing.

Final Fantasy X - Song of Prayer

Might need a note change in the middle, but damned if I can figure out to what. If someone figures it out, let me know, please? It works pretty well otherwise given the limitations.

This is really awesome. I'm finding it very difficult to translate anything cool into the format, but I haven't touched sheet music or tablature in years, so I'm rusty. Any suggestions, tips, or guidelines you've been using?

Not really, I haven't done it in some 10 years myself. I just took a song I knew would work with a retarded delay between notes and lucked out that it fits within a single scale. Moved the bell numbers to fit the note placement as best as I could. Added little bits of delay to space it out some (I still could have paced it better, but it's rough going slower than 1.2). I have yet to find something that works as well as that, songs THIS slow are rare.
