This is my first post, too bad it is not under better conditions.

Yesterday I got a permaban LM-17 style. After calling customer service they indicated a review would be made, but there was no time frame or guarantees. There was a note on the account that the ban was for RMT gardening.

I have never gardened on either my main (of 4 years, 75 PLD/WAR/MNK/SAM) or my mule.

I have however used the NPC Proud Beard to NPC many many items over the last year.
