DI Rage Time

It seems to be about 1:30. JP shell claimed and held for about 1:30 with 3. Around this time normal hits were 1k-1.2k ish.

Sath might be wrong on the 1hr rage, I personally thought it was about 1:15 start, the JP LS claimed it at an unknown time, maybe about 5min before we got there, so its just an estimate at the moment... it's damage is very random too, it hit our PLD for about 1k, and the JP pld for 1.2k, but it hit me for like 550ish

When things rage, they often phase in and out. It was probably just starting to rage.
