Here's an Excalibur RDM you can knock. To this day I haven't seen him enfeeble or cast anything in staves, and his gear has not improved for a year (except Excalibur).

Now that one is true, he does actually fulltime it.

PLD/RDM solo, shit like khim you don't want to feed tp to, shit like PW or AV that can eat your face in a second, tinnin/hydra/anything else immune to atonement, i guess you could use it on tiamat if you're using a MDB setup instead of fire resist since you dont rly melee on ground and can't in the air
