Nah, but in all seriousness, I wore Holy Breastplate when leveling WHM cause it looked cooler. I was like, shit, I can cast Cure IV any time, look at my DEF. Also, needs more Pilgrim's Wand, or is that Mana/High Mana?

In all honesty, at the time there weren't any Seer's Tunic +1's available at the AH.

Also, before I got the party invite, I was soloing FoV pages in Beaucedine Glacier as WHM/BST so I needed the extra DEF the Holy Breatplate could provide, and it did come in handy due to multiple mischarms on Tigers there despite the amount of CHR+ gear I had on.
