YYRobe has Ability Delay -5 and Refresh...

he's not perfect but really besides the waist or amamo his tp is fine for a non-katien aftermath 6 hit[or if third eye merited].

I'd use Turban over ace's/askar if I had relic with +20 acc. . I do disagree with belt and ammo though (body too, unless he's using y/g/k)
