RNG belt options kinda limited, especially in ToAU. RK maybe? The HQ won't do jack in that area. I use Vanguard on RNG68 personally, since it's on my Taru alt. I can see Scorp arrows though, that's lame >.>'. I keep a few stacks around for 55-ish sync parties, but Demon ftw.

I could swear there was a belt that had ranged accuracy on it that RNG could wear...had ranged accuracy 5 and accuracy 5 iirc.

He may as well not be wearing a belt. Haste does not affect ranged attacks. Melee Attack does not affect ranged attacks. Melee accuracy does not affect ranged attacks.
EDIT: I forgot to take a note of the bow. I think it was level appropriate though. He was RNG74 by the way.

Last 3 parties my Taru's had he's had 93% ranged acc with Couerl subs and no brd/cor. Rngs do miss. But in exp?

Edit: I'm talking about TP shots only. Damn straight Sidewinder misses.
