I'm the type of person that don't judge the book by its cover and try everything and the next once. Like I siad, for all we know, SE realized the mistakes they have made, and will learn from it and fix the next Add-on.

In their development blog, they said that they expected players to take a couple of months to finish it, but a majority of them already finished them in less than a day. I wonder if SE really realized that players would finish it THAT FAST.

I KNOW that players are going to be bugging SE questions about why the first add-on went by so fast.

this is their first add-on that they've released. It wasn't amazing, sure, but there are some good moments, and Ic an undestand why Dest is saying climbing delkfutt tower while level capped is fun. It's a fun new challenge, that you HAVE to do. It'll feel similar to that of doing the old Nation 3-3 mission, when you had to climb to the floor where porypory gigas (whatever his name is) to get the keys.

It just never crossed my mind to climb from the bottom to top, as level 30, which includes going through the final 3 or 4 floors to the BCNM. Just a case in point that it sounds like a fun challenge to me. does it make my standards low? No. I just see it something new to try for FFXI.

Im pretty sure the "dont judge a book by its cover" only exists to make fat chicks feel better. And since we are judging this add on by its content, it doesnt really apply here either.

If you are asking me to be optimistic about future add ons, when I/others were very disspointed with the first, I think you are barking up the wrong tree.
