I played it almost all the way through, i got to the part where you get to run around sandman isle or w/e and kill dragons and i lost interest because grinding to get your gears decked out is boring. But other than that the story is amazing, nothing else like it out there. The part where Bart makes his kingdomg a republic was pretty cool.

I don't know Char, you're very well known to be wrong, all the time, and let's not forget that Xenogears is rather contrived with its superficial use of mythology and philosophy which at best constitute a dressing than content, as for Chrono Cross, i don't think anyone can honestly argue that it wasn't overrated, well, except you.

I will admit that the game would have been much better if Magus was Guile and if there were less characters (so they could focus more on the characters that you get)... but hey, everything has its flaws.
Game was still fucking awesome even with its flaws.

Chrono Cross need to cut off 40 character from the cast, and stick to the main story. Keep Harle, Serge, Kidd...and I don't know...someone who doesn't look like a mexican wrestler. Glenn maybe?

And Magus should have been in the game. The whole thing was about Schala, and Magus doesn't even fucking help? What was he doing last 20 years? Or 420 years?
