Another simple question! 1st or 3rd person camera?

3rd person for everything but climbing mountain.

I know a guy who plays exclusively in 1st person and so didn't notice that his nyzul group had played a joke on him with someone else logging on to him and removing all equipment but weapon, he didn't have a clue till they told him lol.

I removed the 5 button off my numpad for a few months so that I'd never go into first person, replaced it after I had trained myself never to hit it well enough. I could never even fathom attempting to play this without seeing my character and everything around him 360 degrees

The only thing I 1st person for is to line up something precisely for navigation or screenshots or to fix a bugging-out camera (double tap the view key)

3rd person. I just use 1st person to turn around rapidly. Also, 16:9, it lets you see more!

Anyone else wish this was a real-world option, to switch to 3rd person view while driving or walking around, though? Need to set up a backpack+camera rig with giant goggle glasses, I bet it's possible.

Everyone knows hitting the POV key while in Mog House layout mode switches your camera perspective, right?

for running around/sleeping things on blm, 3rd person

for HNM standing fights on whm or when watching for stun, 1st person. For some reason I think it helps me to watch for TP moves when I have less in my line of sight.

First person for positioning, third person for everything else. Thought about playing in first person, but being able to see the "insides" of a character right behind/on top of you tends to creep me the hell out.

Normally 3rd, but i use first at the Whitegate AH and some other situations at HNMs or something of the sort to reduce lag; like on Fafhogg's feet, for example.
