Apparently, the swords of those people all have a significant part of their story. Joan's was found in a church (Supposedly from heaven), Attila's was believed to be the Sword of Mars, Sigmund's was Arthur-esque in the idea that Odin plunged it into a tree and only he was able to pluck it, Perseus' was given to him by Hermes, and I'm sure you know Arthur's story. Not a history or mythology buff (Actually had help from the Classics major girlfriend on this one) so some of those might be slightly off.
