just finished the game with pretty much everything done, all treasures/missions/feathers, and 995/1000 achievments, took me 36 hours.

I missed the stupid 5 point fly swatter achievement, which you can't go back and do without replaying 75% of the game, so fuck that for now.

Lemme just say HOLY FUCKING SHIT at the ending. I can't decide if I want AC3 to be about Desmond and wrap up the big story, or if I just want another game that's just as good set in WWII.

Is it just me, or do they use the exact same graphics engine in AC2 and Prince of Persia? It feels like the character models in AC2 (particularly the ones in present day) look pretty similar, just without cel shading.

Well I beat it finally. While being a HUGE step over the first, it still has it's flaws. It was overall a very good game though. With the ending, I share Desmond's first sentiments. What the fuck.

All that shit totally came out of left field. A bit of it was confusing, but it seems really cool in concept. I might sell it now. I really don't feel like going around and collecting 70 more feathers. I did almost everything else the game has to offer. I'd give it an 8.5/10

I'm really hoping for an even more solid 3rd installment.

I love how Desmond is like 3 times as fast as Ezio was in terms of EVERYTHING... can't wait for the 3rd game.

also how am I missing Memory segment 12 and 13? I skipped straight to 14

Yeah... I got 33 feathers. I didn't go searching for them. I can't imagine looking for 100. So you get an achievement and probably a small CS with your mother "recovering' because you found them all. My guess anyway. You go straight to 14 because some of the memories in between are corrupted. That's why the sassy english fellow is talking to you for like 5 minutes

you get the last weapon (a mace) available to buy at the villa after 50 feathers, and the cutscene you mentioned as well as the Auditore Cape at 100.

having trouble with one of the glyph's... so frustrating im just trying to mash in the code at this point. any help appreciated. it's a glyph from florence, the clue is something like: "CUT down their enemies"

Only 4 glyphs left to find and this is the only one i can't unlock...

Apparently, the swords of those people all have a significant part of their story. Joan's was found in a church (Supposedly from heaven), Attila's was believed to be the Sword of Mars, Sigmund's was Arthur-esque in the idea that Odin plunged it into a tree and only he was able to pluck it, Perseus' was given to him by Hermes, and I'm sure you know Arthur's story. Not a history or mythology buff (Actually had help from the Classics major girlfriend on this one) so some of those might be slightly off.

I had to look up the Fibonacci one....I noticed that the two before added up to the one after, but by the time I saw that I was too frustrated to notice the pattern changed at Six and I was too busy trying to figure out how triangles lead to circles and squares...lol.
