who is the voice actor for Ezio? It sounds really familiar, but that could be because of the vaguely spanish accent that Zevran had in Dragon Age.

Btw I'm nearly positive subject 16 is voiced by the same guy who did Chris Redfield from RE5, and of course Nolan North/Kristen Bell are back as Desmond/Lucy.

edit: I'm really glad I didn't wait to buy this. Only thing that bothers me so far is that it's a bit more difficult to lose the guards chasing you, and how you need to use money to do everything you used to do for free, but eh.

Well with the guards they wanted to make it a little harder and this allows them to add enemy types as well and they really wanted to go head on into the economic system and show how important it was to the time of the game as the banking sytem at this time had just came into effect.

I disagree, not sure where you are currently. But i'm only 1 hr into the game it the story is pretty interesting. Betrayal and all that jazz. I could honestly care less about the story outside of the flashbacks though. I don't care about Desmond and Lucy, i'll care when they make the next assassins creed take place in present time or something.

The story is really good, so I disagree, at first it does start a little slow due to the quests introducing you to the game mechanics.

the whole "Truth" thing is totally blowing my mind. I really like the way they're setting up what is going to be some crazy revelations in the 3rd game. Are they only doing a trilogy or what?

also what does everyone mean by "inside" sections? I'm not that far into the game but I haven't seen anything indoors yet D:

The first inside section is the villa, and the first tomb(inside section) you get to go in is about 7-8 hours in, its part of the story. These are the POP style catacomb tombs you get to investigate. Without runing anything I'll add that the reward for doing these have a significance to some of the progression.

They definitely worked harder to earn the 9/10 that they were gonna get regardless of how good or bad the game was.

AC1 was a 7/10 game. This game is around a 9, but I'm not far enough for it to have wowed me yet. I do like the customization and currency so far though.

I'm pretty disappointed that the sequences just come one after another, without any Desmond storytelling in-between.. I'm already on Sequence 5 and the game seems to be blasting by way too quickly... hell, the sequences aren't even that long to begin with.

I hope the game isn't as short as I expect it's going to be.

I can't say I like it that much so far. I'm sure it'll get better as I've only played about over an hour, but goddamn it's a slow start. I have no problems with that, it's just so many stupid "go here, go there" quests. I just got the Assassin Robes, so I'm sure it'll pick up soon. Just a question, does Ezio get more agile? Cause he is a clumsy fuck and slow as shit right now. I liked the climbing/freerunning better in the first. Granted Altair was an assassin a lot longer.

They made it quite clear you dont start off an assassin, you learn to be an assassin, as the game progresses, he does get better at free running as it continues as you unlock things. Yeah it does start off a little slow.

Also to exo, they said quite a few times that there is alot less of desmond in this game then there was in the first.

Oh well, I'm enjoying the game nonetheless.

I thought the desmond shit was boring from the first game. I enjoyed the sequences far more.


Also I would really like to see an Assassins Creed with a female main character. Just due to all they could do with her. From being far more agile and needing to hit and run in battle to being able to use seduction techniques on guards for assassinations.

I'm happy to hear Desmond can run in this and theres less of him haha. I hated his sequences in the first game.
