best method to blow smoke rings?

im really trying to blow Os on my hookah but nothing seems to work..
i tried the 'coughing' method but i end up with puff balls
i also tried the one where you just move your jaw.. made Os but they arent straight and dont go very far.

any tips? where do i place my tongue? which way is the best to blow rings straight and a little distance

You are in luck, I'm like fucking Gandalf at blowing smoke rings :D

Take in a decent chug of smoke then blow out gently till smoke is coming out you mouth. Then point your tongue down to the bottom of your jaw where your saliva glands are, this should push the back of your tongue up to create a block at the back of your mouth. Then click your jaw together with a sharp motion like your biting on a thick piece of rope, the change in pressure should force a smoke ring out. It takes a while to get it right but its the easiest way to do it.

jodwahh is correct. I would say the main key for me to learn how to blow smoke rings was learning to not breathe out when doing it but to open and close your jaw quickly to force the smoke out of your mouth.

A good method to get good at blowing smoke rings is to blow bubble rings from the bottom of the pool same methods used.

You can do it either way to be honest, looks better when you don't inhale as the smoke is thicker but if your only smoking to look cool then put the fucking things down before you get addicted.

It's generally best not to inhale shisha smoke and instead let the smoke settle in your mouth for more flavor, so no, typically you'd be wrong.

Anyway, for the OP, Jodwahh's method is works just fine, but you can also do it without clicking your jaw or moving your jaw much at all aside from opening your mouth. Just push the smoke out with the back of your tongue while keeping the tip of your tongue down.

I use a combination of the coughing method and that to blow rings, works well for me.

Yeah in Alabama I could blow them like crazy, up here in Boston it's pretty hard, but in the winter you can do some nasty ones if the wind isn't retarded.
