So I was out to eat and I got a steak sandwich with swiss and mushrooms, but I forgot to specify how I wanted. They gave that shit to me blue rare. It was good meat, but it was so goddamn chewy. It was a waste of a good steak. I never understood how people found steak to be more tender when it's rare. I always found that it melted in my mouth when it was cooked well or medium-well.

See, I don't agree with this chart at all. I'm not even sure why I posted it.

I know one of my friend's was blown away that I can cook a steak well done and keep it just as moist as he's used to, and he likes his steak damn near pink on the outside. It's all about controlling the temperature.
