If you have nothing better to spend your gil on then its worth it. I am waiting til prices balance out. I have been crafting the orbs for profit myself. And yes with the satchel for the time being I myself have not found a reason to be in a rush for 10 extra inventory/10 satchel spots.

I spent 2 nights farming Chestplates, sold 30+ of them for 30 to 50k. That more than covered the cost for me on Carbuncle.

I picked the 'Upgraded to 75 cant afford Moly' but I upgraded to 75 and currently waiting for all prices to drop ~ Got Moly Ingot first day off a chestplate

I knew killing Jorm back in the day and stashing the mlby on a mule would pay off. Our entire ls got a free Mlby ingot for their gobbiebag, anddddd we got to sell some off for a nice chunk of change.

No real need for me to spend that much gil on 10 more inventory when I haven't even maxed out my locker, have never utilized storage capacity, and haven't spent $10 on a satchel, since I only have 1 job right now. 58/80House, 55/60Locker, 56/70Inv... and that's with me holding a bunch of sky/sea pops/organs/misc. shit.

Upgraded to 75, waiting on prices to go down or i decide to farm a moly ingot.

did Ks30 for the ori ingot, had a crafter make me leather from the skin i got from latest sandy quest line, bought the orb and cloth. All in all, 50k total cost to me.

considering O ingots only raised about 70k I felt that was a fair buy for the 70-75 push, but as for the 75-80 no thanks. I control our LS bank and remember having trouble selling the moly ores pre-update for 10k each, I'll wait those out.

Yup. My OCD regarding any EX. equipment and anything that is ever freelot/drop required me to. Plus, my satchel arrived. Thus, I finally can breathe. 3 more Usukane drops and I can finish and shovel off a large quantity of Skadi pieces into storage (screw them for only allowing one set to be stored at a time).

Just waiting for the very realistic storage NPCs for

Usukane/Marduk's/Morrigan's/Skadi's
Enkidu's/Oracle's/Arum
Denali/Askar/Goliard
Fourth/Cobra Unit/Iron Ram (after bodies exist)

Any difficult-to-get rare/ex full set of non-HQ-able armor deserves storage options. Then, perhaps, maximum gobbiebag wouldn't even be a necessity for anyone... but perhaps they are waiting to do that until after everyone buys their satchel... I wouldn't be surprised if some marketing people told the developers to hang on to those first three groups of armor (salvage/znm/nyzul).

I've trimmed down my inventory to keep my Scholar at 65/70. I do want to upgrade, but the costs are holding me back at the moment. I want to get the ingot from KS30, and maybe get the some of the stuff synthed for me.

The final upgrade seems a little more daunting, so I'm going to hold off on that for the time being.

Still at 70... waiting for the prices to go down even further. I figured with Satchel I won't be hurting that bad for inventory that I can just buy the mats when the initial buying surge is over. Maybe next patch or something.

Bit the bullet today, may not have done it if I didn't already have a stack of O. Ingots in my Storage waiting for a headpiece to drop. Having to buy both an O. Ingot and and M. Ingot probably would have caused me to wait a little longer, but hey, it's done, and like all previous upgrades, boy is it nice to have a little breathing room again.

I've done the first new quest to 75 spaces. Cost me about 400K on my server. I really needed to get 75 for WHM as I was always 68/70 with all my gear and meds. Take a lamp into Einherjar/Dynamis and that left one space to lot anything. The second quest to 80 spaces can wait a while till the price of ingots settles a little.

Upgraded to 75 onry, got my own O. Ingot in Royal ramble (6+ /tells for only 1 shout in Whitegate lol I should repeat that). Now waiting to prices go down for the 80 ; ;

Satchel was my justification for finally upgrading 60 -> 70 since it makes each upgrade twice as worthwhile. I don't really need 70 though and I definitely will never need 80.
