Yeah, but now there are more rules in place that make it suck by comparison. If you can't go all out with the racial slurs and stuff, then general is actually shittier than spam. Same content with less freedom. The point of separating the two was supposedly to improve the content so that people who felt like basically posting +1 responses could do so without bloating their post count and/or annoying everyone else. Well if that's not happening, what's the point of the continued separation?
