Problem with that is in a lot of camps whether its colibri or mamools with pizza(spare lurkers), when you have focus you'll overshoot your acc cap (which is 40% of the time), which almost cuts the acc (or 9 acc in +1's case) use in half.
Do Lurkers have the +44 evasion THFs normally have? Plus higher evasion skill?

You have to consider the things MNKS is primarly asked to be used on, personaly i am only ever asked to use mnk during salvage, unless i feel using it in dynamis, what would be better choice for say an every day mnk use? because as far as i know, they aren't use on anything special, unless it's a zerg.
The lower the acc the better. Under 80% acc it's better for dots, which is ~86% average accuracy with focus while it also gives an advantage on tp speed. HQ beat destroyers unless 94%+ acc and even in this case, put a destroyer monk and a HS+1 mnk on a mob, the HS+1 monk is the only one countering pretty much (9 enmity)..

Interesting to see the numbers though.
6% crit for only 66% of your damage while 1 DMG for 100% of it. Assume neither destro or HS+1 caps you :
outside focus : 9 acc => +4.5% ish for melee and ws (actually a bit more depeending on how far from cap), 1 DMG ~+1.5% for melee & ws.
during focus : 1 DMG ~1.5% for melee and ws.
so on "average" 6%*0.6+1.5*0.4=+4.2% total dmg
while destroyers would be 6% crit (so 1.10>1.16 which is 5.4% increase) for only 66% of the dmg so +3.6% total.
I don't even take into account the fact that you'd do more ws with HS+1 since it's pretty hard to estimate, and the fact that enmity+9 will actually benefit you counters a lot.
DA and Crit aren't haste, the more crit, DA you have the less of an impact adding more has on damage. Going from 0 to 10% crit with have bigger impact on overall damage than going from 10 to 20%. Same goes for DA.
Just like most of the things in this game it would be situational. But they would be close, problem is that the crit+ wouldn't add to WS damage where the +att would.
Destroyers and Hades are weak now anyways augmented Monaples with -25% delay is the way to go+16 delay and +20 damage lol

Yeah as long as that -25% delay really effects total delay and not just weapon delay. DPS rating of that weapon would be 20.89, where Destroyers are 18.28. That's a 14% increase vs Destroyers, with the crit+ from destroyers would lower than number a little but it should still be around 10% more damage.
There was a test on alla mnk forums with TP gain and as long as TP is calculated correctly it would mean that the -% delay is total delay. Though I would like to see it confirmed by a couple other people.
Nothing game breaking for MNK. Most of your ideal gear for TP/WS/HF/etc build can be bought(bazaars) and obtained through salvage.

acc/att+10 - Cheap hauby for monk < Togi < Usu
DA+2/Crit+3 fun for occasional proc, but < Osode for HF/Asc/DK
acc+10/Crit+3 - Not too impressed with this combo, good if you want to buff your crit build..
acc+10/DA+2 - Again nothing game breaking < Togi < Usu
acc+10/fast cast+ Macro in for pimp :ichi/ni build
I thought the argument for MNK and Waldecors was augmented +10 ACC/ATK and the +5 STR/DEX from the base stats make up the difference in DoT vs. the NQ Togi as a TP piece, or at least that's what I got out of Milich's math/that thread.
