*Original Owner gives to Msnl an account with 75 Ninja and crap gear.
*Original Owner does account recovery process later on
*Original Owner gets back an account with several more 75s, and a bunch of salvage/endgame gear, as well as an almost finished LS sponsored gjallarhorn.
*Original Owner hops servers.

Now bear with me in the fact that its 3:30 AM here but I have a couple questions

Was this LS Sold or Given from the Original Owner to Msnl?

How much time has Msnl put into the account?

Is there anything else to this story that I should know about, seeing as how I am directly affected by the truth here?

Why the fuck is Starr making sense for once?

Could someone give me a general timeline in which everything happened? I just kinda wanna know spans of time in which certain things happened. This is currently under scrutiny in my LS, and I want to know all the facts for sure, and not from the mouths of many before anything happens.

Sirens and I were great friends until it ended on very rocky terms. He ended up quitting.
Meanwhile another friend of mine at the time Msnl was losing her account back to her boyfriend, Nolimit. Two months had passed since Sirens left, I thought he was gone for good. So with good intentions, I gave the account to Msnl, since Nolimit started playing his character again.
At the time I told her the story behind the account, she was well aware that it was not my account. (Everyone on the server knew that Sirens and Rowec were two very different people.) I told her that since I wasn't the original owner there was always the possibility of Sirens coming back. I was also 99% sure Sirens wouldn't be back, because of how things ended. Yes, I was wrong.
When Sirens did come back, he inquired about his account. I told him it was deleted and the content ID given away. Which was true, Msnl deleted and restored it to change the name from Sirens to Msnl. At no time did I tell him that Msnl was his original character. On and off he mentioned restoring it because he had missed his old character. I told him not too, but at the end of the day this would be his decision.
Eventually, Sirens put the character into the restoration process, about a year and a half later. However, he never completed it. This froze the account for about 3 or 4 months. Until Msnl or some friend was able to forge a notary in order to complete the restoration process for themselves. So Msnl got the character back.
About two or three months later Metsu/Sirens realized the account had been fully restored without his authorization, so he put it back into the restoration process only this time he completed it.
This wasn't done out of so called greed. He would have given the items back; however, because of certain confrontations he decided not to. Threatened to be sued for fraud being one, even though money was never involved.

Wow, here I thought what Elious did to me was fucked up. This goes beyond that by far. Your punishing someone because of other people's actions. At least make a mule and give her shit back if you intend to keep the account, shit isn't yours, no need for you to have it. If anything, if this story is true, then it seems that (by law) Metsu/Sirens is the one in the right (albeit a douchebag move, but still well within their legal limits)

The only legal thing I can think of to say otherwise, a good example would be a Mechanic's Lean in which if the Mechanic puts in work on someone's vehicle, and the Customer refuses to give payment for the work done, the vehicle can then get put under the Mechanic's lean, and be the Mechanic's rightful property until payment is made.

But on the flip-side of this, again, if what this Hades Rowec said was true, then this is basically the equivalent of someone letting their friend use their car, and then their friend lying saying that the car is gone when the person in question needed the car back. Except in this case it ends up with the person finding out that their friend lied about the car, seizing it themselves, and their friend threatening to sue (even though it would never hold up in court at all)



Still this sounds weird, it could be the fact that it's been even longer without sleep for me, but I wouldn't think where a bunch of people would post calling Metsu/Sirens a fucking douchebag/dick/cunt/prick or whatever insults got thrown around, someone else would come in and totally take the blame, and make Metsu/Sirens seem well within their bounds.

That being said, could there be an IP check or something? This just doesn't sound right.
