I need no history lesson, i was part of a rival linkshell who are both well respected and talented when 24 showed up in the aery. Why is 24 any different than the oh so lovely Remake that they chased out? they aren't.

Prejac are a whole new ball game of rmt scum and that is my only grudge personally, that and their complete lack of skill.

The difference is that prior to 24/7's arrival, every successful HNMLS on Asura had accumulated a roster of talented players before they ever started claiming anything of note. They earned it. You didn't. 24/7 is and always was the linkshell equivalent of a purchased toon, and these idiots are just the next step in that evolution (poetically, it appears, with mostly purchased toons).

That's why it's so deliciously ironic to see members of 24/7 in a position to whine about any other shell having any possibility of a success despite their lack of skill. You're complaining about a ship having sailed when you were the motherfuckers at its helm to begin with.

Armada, SP, Sheikahz, Toxity, Remake, VIPElite mostly had the exact same leadership, and they were never really liked or embraced by a good majority of the server, no matter who joined or supported their linkshells, because there was always that underlying first blame to point at them royally fucking up any sort of respective or allowance of morale play, outside of them, there was certain groups who would agree to the /random rule etc, a near unanimous number of shells in fact.

24/7 got their asses lit up with a whole bunch of KI drama when they were fresh to the server, transfers didn't really whore forums like the rest of the server did, but KI was the to-go drama place for Asura, and the local idiots you recruited(read: nobody else wanted these people) painted you horribly to the rest, shrugging the 'so what!' claim everything, bot openly angle, while everyone else was hush-hush from local. There's probably more personal reasons or just the rate of claim that give each Asura shell their hating reason, whatever it is, it's pretty much an unescapable label, there might be some good players there, couldn't say, but the horrible tripe I've met was just arrogant to have the pearl, and couldn't wipe their own ass, those were just average roster fillers though, whoever the hell manages to hold players that bad in the shell just because they have friends there or you won't kick them just for being an idiot, I feel bad for them, lol.

a Merc shell with open admittance to trying to bring NASA into the server(if it's not already here), and RMTing but asking for respect of claims, with people nobody knows on this server, is likely to get flailed at every opportunity, and CFH'd otherwise, I wouldn't be suprised if every other recruit to this type of shell was a mule from somebody else accidently CFHing their claimed NMs, it'd make things entertaining. You'd be better off saving up all the gil you're selling to buy up every antlion trap you see, so people don't use them on your Tiamat claims if you try to sell off gaiters.

the Phoenix>Lakshmi>Asura or just Phoenix>Asura transfers have a lot more baggage then 24/7 though, there's also the other LS they brought over, Baudelaire's old co-officers on Phoenix jacked like 30mil bank and another 5mil in gear from him, that has nothing to do with their shell now, but it still outlines the perspective of server transfers in General, like the POS Hacking ZNM and Stronghold NMs being done from PandesPath and their new shell still being run by the same people, with the same open door recruitment.
