The State is coming to DVD

I'm 21, although that has nothing to do with this. I clicked because "the State" was vague enough to sound interesting and I wanted to know more about it. I was hoping for some sort of brief synopsis.

Google, Wikipedia, that shit is on your time, not ours. The title states that it is coming to DVD, it does not state "The State Synopsis".

I just told my sister, we are both pretty excited. The final supper skit was amazing.

why should I care?

Unlike most crap produced by MTV then (much more so now) the State was a damn good show. It's right up there with The Kids in the Hall if you ask me. If you like Reno 911 you'd probably love it, most of the actors all started on the show. The same actors actually went through a number of different shows including Viva Variety, and Stella.

I wouldn't mind checking out the show again, I just hope it's held up well over the years and is half as good as I remember it. One skit I remember well was the family that lived in the sideways house
